Whose way?

Here are a few thought provoking questions that should have us thinking more spiritual rather than carnal. Has Jesus made a way for homosexuals to get married? Has Jesus made a way for women to have abortions? Has Jesus made a way for people to fornicate? Has Jesus made a way for spouses to commit adultery? If your answers are no, then you’re thinking spiritually. Since Jesus hasn’t made a way for these sins to be committed, then why are we making ways for them? We should think like Christ, not satan. As Jesus believers we should abhor sin; in every aspect. Satan is making sin more comfortable and that should not be acceptable among believers. Be blessed.

What do you proclaim?

So many people in society are easily and boldly proclaiming their opinions about their political affiliation, sororities, fraternities, brands, employers, schools, sports teams, ect… In other words, we shouldn’t proclaim our favorite shows, teams, political thoughts, and other things more than we proclaim and read the Word of God. The Word is out strength not rumor magazines and gossip. Now, I know it’s only opinions and everyone is entitled to their own thoughts and beliefs; but why is being a disciple of Jesus the Christ so hard to openly proclaim? I am a disciple of Jesus Christ and I’m proud to worship and serve him. I often say until you’re in a certain situation, you cannot say what you would or wouldn’t do. I do believe that I would die for professing Jesus name as my Lord and Savior. I’m sometimes criticized for my faith and my unwillingness to deny Christ. I urge all of you to also pray for Holy boldness and stand firm in your faith. I feel that satan has too many mouthpieces. He’s using speakers both nationally and locally and they’re sometimes unaware. We all talk about unnecessary things at times and just because it’s common doesn’t mean it’s right. (Philippians 4:8 says Whatsoever things are true, Whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue and if there be any praise, think on these things). So I challenge all my readers to meditate on this Holy Scripture and evaluate if you’re truly thinking the right thoughts and also saying the right things. I’ll be the first to say that I have thoughts the wrong thoughts and said the wrong things but Holy Scriptures are here for sound doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16). We must prioritize our thoughts and feed our Spirit with the most essential bread: the bread of life. We must think of Holy things more than distracting things. (1 Thessalonians 5:22 says Abstain from all appearance of evil). The common things in society today are mostly evil. You basically cannot watch tv without seeing some form of formication, adultery, homosexuality, incest, abide, rape, or some other form of violence being promoted and justified. The radio has an open mic policy for satan to spread degrading and subtle deceptions. If you don’t feed your  Spirit with the Word of God, you will easily be deceived. Ignorance is not and excuse once you’ve heard the Gospel of Christ. We often mix up good deeds and Holy Spirit obedience. If you are doing good deeds simply because someone is looking or you want recognition; your reward will not be added in Heaven. Those who are obedient to the Holy Spirit and who help those in need without needing recognition will surely have their rewards in Heaven. The Lord has been too good for us to not openly and boldly declare his wondrous works, his mighty power, love, and saving grace. Jesus was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, crucified, buried, and the third day resurrected with All power in his hand. Just believe this story and allow Jesus to be Lord of your life. Be blessed.

Baptism: The Christian Doctrine

The Christian doctrine of baptism is not into water but into the body of Christ. Baptism in the Greek is (baptisma) which refers to the baptism instituted by Jesus. We as Jesus followers have often been told that we must be baptized by immersion into water or if you’re ill you can simply be sprinkled by water. On the contrary, Jesus ended the water baptism when the Holy Spirit came on the scene. Like all things, just because a new institution was passed doesn’t mean people still didn’t get baptized with water. They had to be taught first and that teacher was Apostle Paul under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. (Ephesians 4:5) says One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism. Paul is writing to say that Jesus is Lord and the only Lord, the christian doctrine is the only doctrine where only faith is needed and no good works to become righteous through Christ Jesus, and there is only one baptism needed and that’s with the Holy Spirit. The Jews were to be baptized for the remission of their sins and John the Baptist came to baptize with water but Jesus said you will be baptized with the Holy Ghost (Acts 1:5). For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be Bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:13). As you can see, by one Spirit, (which is the Holy Spirit), are we baptized into one body (Christ). The water baptism doesn’t save you, only being baptized into Jesus body saves you. Being baptized into Christ is simple: Believe with your whole heart that Jesus was sent by the Father, was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, was crucified then died, put in a grave and on the 3rd day morning was resurrected and is seated on the right hand of the Father. Allow Jesus to be Lord of your life and you will be saved and upon your belief in Jesus, you will be baptized by Jesus with the Holy Spirit. I tell all that being baptized is necessary to live with Jesus, but not by water, only by the Holy Spirit. Christian baptism is only with the Spirit. Baptism by a preacher in the form of salvation or rededicating your life to Christ is meaningless with water. Typically, parents like to dedicate their child to the Lord in the form of a pre baptism but no child is baptized with Christ until they have heard and believed the good news of Jesus Christ. A water baptism only makes you wet; it doesn’t change nor save you. Only being baptized into the Lord’s body with the Spirit can change you. Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death (Romans 6:3). This is once again letting us know that we are to be baptized into the body of Christ. Before Jesus started baptizing believers with the Holy Spirit, baptism was used as a cleansing for the remission of sins. Now that Jesus’ blood has cleansed us, we no longer need a water baptism. For as many of you have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ (Galatians 3:27). Often times we hear once you are baptized, you’re saved but actually, using that phrase in the common understanding is incorrect. Water baptism was never a form of salvation for Christians. Churches today have misinterpreted Holy Scriptures and I myself have believed them until now when the Holy Spirit actually taught me otherwise. A lot of churches say water baptism is necessary for salvation but in the same sentence say, not being baptized doesn’t mean you won’t be saved. I’m here with all authority from the Lord and he says, become a follower and learner of him and be baptized into his body upon your belief in his redeeming work. Pray, meditate, and study the Holy Scriptures for yourself through the Holy Spirit guidance. I am not a heretic, I know some will disregard this teaching as satanic but I don’t mind rejection but I do want all to be informed. Be blessed.

Modern Day Pharisees

Modern Day Pharisees

In today’s society, we are yet living in the last days. My spirit is grieved at what’s going on in the world. Before you jump to conclusions, I’m referring to professed believers in Christ. As a society of believers, we are failing. There are preachers who are speaking heresy and believers are allowing it only because they’re worshipping that preacher and no wrong can be done in their eyes. There are teachers who are teaching falsely; totally deceiving the believers and the believers aren’t studying the Holy Word of God enough to discern what is of God and what is of the adversary. There are gifted evangelists who won’t evangelize to unbelievers but who are more concerned with financial gain. We need the called leaders of God to stand up and take your rightful place. God isn’t pleased with the error of his Word going forth. We have modern day pharisees who instead of announcing their good works with a trumpet, they are announcing their good works through social media, TV, and the radio. You hypocrites, you announce the good works that you do for man but you won’t announce your sin to them. We are living in a world where love is waxing cold and people are only doing good when there’s a camera or eye witnesses present. There are idolaters who are worshipping their pastor. You invite people to your church to hear them preach but you won’t invite people to Christ. Listen, souls don’t need a pastor, souls need a savior. We are living in times where pastors can ask us anything and we stop what we are doing and we follow that pastor but we are the same people who won’t open up the Holy Scriptures and use it as a guide for us. We are honoring the creation more than the creator, who is Jesus the Christ. I am making an appeal to the unbelievers, repent of your sin and turn to Jesus, the savior of the world. To the believers, stop conforming to the world and take a stand against sin and be bold for Christ.

Sin Control

Sin Control

Yes, sin control just like the earthly pest control is the analogy i will try to portray to get a better understanding for some readers. Sin manifests itself in many ways; sexual immorality, temptations, disobedience, rebellion, etc… Pest control is used to stop the infestation of pest, neutralize or eliminate the known source and cause, and halt the future invasions by using an alternative repellent that deters the pests. Sin can and has to be controlled. Sin can only be defeated by Jesus and through him. When sin has infested you people see an abundance of sin that you do. Just like pests; when an infestation occurs you see them in abundance. Don’t allow your life to become infested with sin and if your life is indeed infested get to know Jesus and repent to him and he will remove that sinful infestation. With pests you have to spray them, there common travel places, and their homes to stop the multiplication of them. With sin you have to first come into the knowledge of Christ then get into His Holy Scriptures because that’s the only way you know what is sin. The closer you are to God the more sin is revealed. The next step is to neutralize or eliminate the source of the invasion of the pest. There may be leftover food droppings, an open door, scented object that attracts, a cracked window, etc… The same with sin; sin must be neutralized and eliminated from the source (James 1:14) and says but every man is tempted when he is drawn away of his own lust and enticed), you have to first acknowledge you have a sin problem then the next step is to fix the sin problem by eliminating the causes. One of the biggest problems are TV programs and its adulterous, fornicators, abusive, and homosexual promotion. To eliminate that portion of sin in your life; chose to take a stand and gradually stop watching shows and movies that promote those sins. Some may think this is stupid or immature but that’s a form of my sin control and sin control is personal. Only you can go to Jesus on your sins behalf (Hebrews 4:16). If your source of sin is TV, stop watching and fill your mind with Godly things. If your source of sin is drama, stop entertaining drama against and amongst family and friends and distance yourself away from it. Whatever your source of sin is: once you identify it repent from it because God won’t show you a sin that he doesn’t want you to turn from. Lastly, with pests you have to halt future invasions with an alternative repellent. Often times the pests will attempt to come back, but if your repellent is placed properly the pest won’t enter. Likewise with sin; you must somehow halt future invasions. That halt is the Holy Spirit; when the Holy Spirit comes within you sin cannot abide because (1 John 4:4) says ye are God’s Little Children and have overcome them: greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. Once you acknowledge that you have a sin problem you can then eliminate the source of your temptation which had you bound and be filled with the Holy Ghost and fight off future invasions. We must remember that the adversary doesn’t stop deceiving and trying to enter our lives but once you have the Holy Spirit you have the greatest power working within you. We know that from time to time sin will get through but only by our allowance in our time of weakness but at that moment pray to the Lord for strength and anytime you want strength to turn from sin I promise you Jesus will surely supply. A true Jesus Believer cannot become possessed by the adversary: therefore with the Holy Spirit dwelling in you, you have power to resist them and they will flee from you, if you first submit unto God (James 4:7).

Jesus, please continue your long suffering.

It’s unfathomable how disrespectful we are to Jesus. Jesus The Christ is the most disrespected person of all time. Jesus is continuously being rejected, lied upon, and his name is constantly being abused, used in vain, etc….The sinners say he isn’t the Messiah and too many believers falsely prophecy in his name which causes people to error. We must stop using our Lord and Savior name so loosely. JESUS deserves pure and sincere worship, pure and sincere praise, obedience unto him, and fellowship. I often time criticize preachers for not doing enough to proclaim JESUS but I’m making an appeal to myself. Why am I not doing more, why am I so lazy in spreading Christ. We all must do more for Jesus. Jesus created All things but yet, so many people are rejecting him and worshipping idol gods who hasn’t died for the remission of their sin but yet their faith is in them. We must teach and preach repentance of sins, the profession that we need a savior, and obedience of the will of God. Peace and grace be unto you all with the love of God.

Boasting Jesus

Everyone let’s have a day of boasting JESUS. I realized that JESUS wants to be spoken of. We boast ourselves, our children, our spouse, our local church, our city but not enough boasting is about JESUS. JESUS is the Messiah. So I’m asking all of you to boast about JESUS today by simply telling someone what he’s done for you. There’s power behind that His name, so let the Holy Spirit freely work. You never know who needs to hear your testimony, that individual that hears you may be going through a storm that JESUS delivered you out of and they just need reassurance that JESUS is yet working. Don’t miss an opportunity to testify about the goodness of JESUS.

Spiritual Deficiencies #1

We as believers are having Deficiencies and not of vitamins but of holiness and spirituality.
GOD’s Word Deficiency- leads to a lack of discernment because you cannot properly discern GOD’s Word if you haven’t read it and hid it in your heart. The Word of GOD has so many promises that are ours, the lists of gifts as well as fruit of the spirit, the history of the world, prophecies, commands, poems, prayers, etc….The Word of GOD stands firmly as the second form of communication from GOD, besides direct spoken words. We are directed to contend for the faith (Jude 1:3) but you cannot contend what you do not have proper knowledge of. GOD doesn’t want us to be ignorant but knowledgeable. GOD surely doesn’t want us making our own laws, but we are to accept his righteousness. (Romans 10:3). The preachers and teachers are told to study to shew thyself approved unto GOD. (2 Timothy 2:15), but digging deeper, we the saints have a royal priesthood and that comes with responsibility and authority (1 Peter 2:9), so GOD certainly wants us to read and study his Word. We should be devoted to the Word, because there is a time when GOD will go silent in your life (Amos 8:11) and you will need his Word to assist you as a reminder so it’s vital that you get the Word deep in your heart.

Accepting JESUS Christ as your personal savior is the greatest decision you’ll ever make.

Bible passages that are overlooked pt.4

Genesis 7:2-3

GOD is now telling Noah to gather and bring all animals and fowl into the ark that he has built. GOD was so specific with his detailing of this ark and safety during this flood that he gave exact instructions. GOD said “v.2) Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts and that are not clean by two, the male and his female. v.3) Of fowls also of the air by sevens, the male and the female; to keep seed alive upon the face of all the earth.

Often times, we tend to stop reading and meditating at Ch.6 but Ch.7 is rich in information as well. Some theologians say the 7’s were for food for the animals and sacrifice for humans but I don’t know this to be factual. The 1 set of male and female unclean animals were for repopulating the earth. It’s been taught for generations by a lot of teachers with the number 7 left out. Often it’s taught that there was only 1 set; male and female of all the animals, but there were more. Be mindful to read the entire story for yourself and not what is accented. Trust GOD, and not man. JESUS is the only way.

Accepting JESUS Christ as your personal savior is the greatest decision you’ll ever make.

Bible passages that are overlooked pt.3

2 Corinthians 12:2-6

The Word tells us that a certain man actually visited the 3rd heaven, which is paradise, but he couldn’t tell if he was in body or not. He heard unspeakable words that are not possible for men to speak. Paul is most commonly recognized as being the person he was actually referring to when he wrote this, because v.7 speaks of him getting a thorn in the flesh so he wouldn’t be exalted beyond measure. GOD wants to show us remnants of his glory but when we are shown the remnants, we must be mindful not to boast. There are people today who say they have been to heaven and they’ve stated the things that they’ve seen. Me personally, I don’t believe all of them. I do believe the ones who say they’ve been and couldn’t speak of those things that they saw but the ones who proclaim the glory of Heaven, I honestly don’t believe them. If GOD didn’t allow Paul to speak of those heavenly things nor John to write about certain heavenly things (Revelations 10:4), what makes these people nowadays any better? When GOD wants something known, you don’t have to lie to reveal it, GOD reveals what he wants to reveal, during his time. Just think about the multitude of this experience that Paul had by being lifted to the 3rd heaven. There are certain revelations that GOD shows us on earth; like certain exotic sea creatures, land beasts, extraordinary scenery but it’s nothing compared to the glory of Heaven. JESUS is King and Lord of Lord.
